This week students’ “Homework Fun” was to complete an All About Me poster. The students did a great job and we enjoyed hearing all about their favorite things.
On Friday we had a special visitor! Grace’s dad came for a visit and he brought an extra large caterpillar that he found in his garden. This was a perfect time to bring in a caterpillar because this week we read Charlie the Caterpillar. Mr. Lancaster shared lots of interesting caterpillar facts with us and we hope to get to see this caterpillar turn into a moth!
For the 1st time this school year we did the “Tooty Ta”. All kids absolutely LOVE doing this song. Ask your kids to show you at home!
We had another great week in Kindergarten. Don’t forget that Open House is Tuesday night from 5:30-7. We hope to see everyone there!
Coming Up:
This week we will study the letter Tt and teddy bears. Students need to bring their teddy bear to school on Thursday. We will have a teddy bear picnic on Friday afternoon.
